CSF (ConfigServer)

Warning:
Way to the Web Ltd., the company responsible for ConfigServer, officially shut down on August 31, 2025.
Nevertheless, all previously released free scripts will continue to be available under the GPLv3 license.
To maintain ongoing support and compatibility, Webuzo plans to release its own fork of CSF soon, which will be maintained and updated for continued use.
CSF is a Stateful Packet Inspection (SPI) firewall, Login/Intrusion Detection and Security application for Linux servers. CSF is generally considered a more advanced firewall as there are more configuration options compared to other firewalls, while still being simple enough to install and configure.

If firewalld is present, then stop and disable it before installing the CSF.

Procedure

Install CSF from the Webuzo Admin Panel > Apps > Install an appSecurity > CSF

Configure CSF:
Click on the  csf > Firewall Configuration and Edit the configurations as per your needs
