Overview
The Email Troubleshooter is a diagnostic wizard designed to help administrators quickly identify and resolve common email delivery problems. It performs automated checks related to email configuration, DNS records, server connectivity, and mail service status.
Procedure
To diagnose an email issue, navigate to Home → Email → Email Troubleshooter, then enter the email address that you want to troubleshoot and start the diagnostic process
