We have updated the default PHP version to PHP 8.1 and MySQL to 8.0

When you install Webuzo you will get the following PHP and MySQL versions :
1. PHP 8.0
2. PHP 8.1 (will be set as default)
3. MySQL 8.0

All other apps like Apache 2.4, Exim, Dovecot, Pure-FTPd, BIND, GIT and WebDisk will be installed as previously.
